I created Be Free because I craved a go-to hair care company for those of us who are no longer willing to absorb harsh chemicals but who also want to Be Free to look and feel our best.
When I found out I was pregnant, I became more concerned with what I had been putting into and on my body. It turns out, I wasn't always making healthy decisions even when I thought I was and the self-care products I had chosen weren't as good for me as they said they were. But when I bought 100% natural and/or organic products, a lot was left to be desired! Where’d my clean and shiny hair go? Is having the best of both worlds impossible?
I wanted to FREE myself and people everywhere from the dilemma of having to sacrifice efficacy in our products simply because we want less of the iffy stuff. Better ingredients AND better results, plus all the other things I care about wrapped up in one small package - Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Made in the USA, Eco-Friendly, Accessible, Inclusive and Empowering.
